Year End Giving 2020

Dear Heruka Kadampa Buddhist Center Community and Friends,

With the end of the year approaching, we hope you will consider including Heruka Center in your holiday season giving.

Our mission is to provide opportunities for everyone to develop peaceful and loving minds through meditation retreats and classes on Kadampa Buddhism. As Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, founder of the New Kadampa Tradition, says: Only by creating peace within our own mind and helping others to do the same can we hope to achieve

peace in this world.

This is our community service, giving people the means for developing inner peace.

2020 has been a challenging year for most, Heruka Center is no exception. We have worked diligently to take advantage of the livestream format and spread Dharma as widely as possible, but we are used to our normal operations being in-person classes and events. We’re continuing to adapt to these new conditions and your contribution helps us to do this.

We are looking forward to 2021 with many new initiatives to fulfill our mission. These include expanding our online reach to the broader community in Northern Colorado and Wyoming, specializing our drop-in classes to serve a range of practitioner levels and establishing programmatic themes to build strong foundations in our community.

We are a non-profit organization and we rely on your help to continue making Dharma available to the people of Northern Colorado and Wyoming. Your participation is valuable and important – a gift of any size, no matter how small, makes an impact!

If you feel Heruka Center has contributed to your life, and you believe in what we are doing, please consider making a donation. With donations between now and the end of the year, please help us to reach our 2020 goal of $3,000. Any amount is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your generosity and support! All donations are 100% tax-deductible 501(c)(3).

None of this would be possible without your presence in our programs. We greatly appreciate your engagement. Heruka Center would not exist without you!
