Sundays from 10:30am to 12:00pm
November 22 to December 20
The holiday season is often a time for family and friends, but it can also be very stressful, overwhelming and lonely. We may feel that we fail to meet our own or others’ expectations and preoccupy ourself with worry. Additionally, separation from loved ones can feel especially painful during the holidays. Learning practical meditations from Buddha’s teachings, we can make the most of this holiday time by developing a peaceful mind and a warm heart.
